I'm a part-time photographer with a high quality digital SLR camera and selection of lenses enjoying taking photos of people at sporting and other events. Where did the name Chainsawphotos come from? It's my old sporting nickname of Chainsaw, apparently in honour of the way I mowed down the opposition!
In 2008 I started taking photos of the Northern United Rugby Football Club (Norths, based in Porirua) Premier team (as well as other grades), combining my enjoyment of sport and photography, and it's gone on from there. I have now been requested to attend rugby, AFL (Aussie Rules), touch rugby and sevens games, as well as a couple of wedding anniversary and birthday parties.
I also have a few other photos on the gallery, called stock photos, for sale - animals, birds, flowers, landscapes, scenes and others.
